Are free in-network calls allowed?

Yes, anyone with a People Connector account can place or receive unlimited calls to each other with a VoIP phone (such as our phone app).  Just let People Connector know that you have another People Connector customer that you wish to contact for free and you both will receive a 5-digit number to contact each other.

Can I get toll free, USA, and International numbers?

Yes, local USA, Puerto Rico and Toll Free numbers are available with the Toll Free/Local Plan.  International numbers are available with the international plan.  These plans allow you to forward your calls to voicemail, VoIP phone (such as our phone app), or any USA or International phone.  We also offer a Toll Free/Local Fax Plan that allows you to send and receive faxes by email or by web portal.

What is a Call Router?

The Call Router is an add-on to the Toll Free/Local Plan and International Plan that routes calls to many additional features.

What is a hosted PBX server?

The hosted PBX server is an instance of FreePBX/Asterisk in the cloud for your company or group, provisioned with our inbound and outbound services and a 60% discount on all toll free and USA numbers. It includes management reports, user management, dictation, music-on-hold, call transfer, parking, faxing, call back, operator panel, built-in backup & recovery, and call queues for a hosted call center solution. Forward calls to multiple phones simultaneously, conference calls, VoIP phones, soft phones, voicemail-to-email, call recordings, Dial by Name Directory, informational messages, after-hour greetings, notification services, call screening, call blocking, and music. The people in your group can place unlimited free calls between each other using a VoIP phone/Smartphone. The upgradable hosted PBX starts with an estimated 10 simultaneous calls and can be provisioned throughout the USA, Europe, Asia, and South America

What is PeopleConnectorLine?

PeopleConnectorLine is outbound phone service.  You can use PeopleConnectorLine anywhere you have access to an internet connection and a SIP device or Smartphone.

Do I need a new phone with your service?

No, you can use our services with your existing phone.  Toll Free/Local Plan can forward to your existing phone or a SIP device or Smartphone.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes, you can keep your existing toll free or local phone number.  Number transfers can take up to 20 days for local USA numbers, and 1-2 weeks for toll free numbers.  A transfer fee is required.

Can I make international calls?

Yes, People Connector offers very competitive international rates.

Are there extra fees for features?

No, all People Connector features are free! People Connector includes features such as Caller ID, Call Forwarding, Voicemail, 3-Way calling, and many more.
